Marshmallow fluff is otherwise known as marshmallow creme and can be found in most grocery stores. It is typically in the section with the ice cream toppings.
Its a sweet, spreadable marshmallow-like dessert topping that is usually sold in jars or plastic containers.
How to make Rice Krispie treats with marshmallow fluff

Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray, or grease lightly with butter.
Place Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over low-medium heat. Stir in marshmallow fluff and continue to cook over low-medium heat for one minute, stirring constantly until the butter is mixed into the marshmallow fluff. Stir in 1 and ½ teaspoons of vanilla.
Pour marshmallow mixture on top of the Rice Krispies and stir until well combined.
Transfer mixture to prepared 9x-13-inch baking dish. Use a spatula to flatten and smooth out the Rice Krispies mixture.
Cut Rice Krispie treats into squares.
Place white chocolate in a small, microwave-safe mixing bowl. Melt chocolate in microwave by heating for 20 seconds at a time, stirring between intervals, until melted.
Dip one end of the Rice Krispie treat into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with colored sprinkles. Place on piece of parchment paper until set.
