These easy cookies are soft, chewy & delicious!
Mix butter, brown sugar, eggs & vanilla, then add in dry ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls and make an indent in the middle.
Make the filling.
Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the middle of each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Cookies can be frozen for up to 2 months.
